Ermin is the owner of our establishment and is the one who keeps us all sane. With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and events industry, you can count on him to be on time with scheduling and precise with planning. Despite his busy schedule overseeing the day-to-day operations, he always finds time to lend a helping hand.

Arnes has a keen eye for style, and he’s our leading creative mind. He has 10 years of event managing and bartending experience, and he specializes in creating beautiful spaces, making them feel lively. He adds personal touches that acquiesce to your wish-list. You might see him bartending while cracking jokes.

Lejla is our Event Sales Manager. She is the mom of two amazing little boys, so she has the incredible ability to always be compassionate and patient. She is there to help our clients and make sure that their event becomes the day and night of their dreams. She is determined, organized, and she keeps our team on track.

Shayla is our Event and Social Media Manager, which means she keeps every event flowing smoothly while also keeping things fun and creative. You can usually catch her setting up incredibly elegant yet trendy photo-worthy setups, or planning an event’s smallest details.

Our exclusive approach to events and catering is derived from the blended influences of our rich Balkan roots adapted to Western culture.

We use the lessons we have learned as a family aiding refugees to offer endless opportunities to our guests, so together we can transform our venues according to their needs.

Our wedding venue and catering services pay homage to our family, especially our parents, who made it their calling to welcome all people.

This simple act became a defining image for our family. We continue to offer hospitality to others, no matter what walk of life they come from.

Grbic Events is made up of our devoted family, but the credit really belongs to our parents, Ermina and Sulejman Grbic, who immigrated to St. Louis in the 1970s. They opened Grbic Restaurant in St. Louis in 2002 to pursue their passion for cooking.

But before opening our 5-star restaurant, we extended a helping hand to those escaping the Bosnian War in the 1990s.

Being able to open our house (and especially kitchen) to people in need solidified our desire to help others and go above and beyond to make them feel comfortable.
